I happen to have only one question for the staff in this department,unfortunately I have found out that this people either dont like to work or plainly ,they just have no idea of what they are doing.I have a feeling my comment and concern will aslo be ignore.
I have never been able to get hold of an English spoken agent everything that you press whether 1-2 always take you to a Spanish Speaking agent. Too much wait to get through.
Estoy llamando muchas veses al numero para hacer citas y no hay nadien quien conteste solo la maquina. No hay otro numero en que pueda llamar para hacer una cita para sacar mi passporte?
El personal de el Consul Mexicano es muy despota. Son unos groseros y lo tratan a uno como si fuera uno una cucaracha! No saben nada de lo que significa el servicio al cliente! Muy desepsionado con mi propia raza!
The answer machine dos not work
I have been calling with no response. I am trying to get a passport and don't have a birth certificate can I still get one? I have have a copy of my last passport and have my matricula that is expired and I also have my permit authorization card. I have been there before so not sure it what I have is enough?
Hello, I work for a non-profit org, that is to assit Agricultural workers, I have tried to help them with providing them your contact number and no one answers, I've provided the number to some of them to call and they have not been able to get an appt.
I don't know what is going on, but theres a lot that needs to change around there.
for other countries they provide better service, I don't know why services for Mexican are always the worst.
