Never answer thwir phone, mail box full, they speak fast and mislead you as to what to bring to your appt, incosiderate of your time and your bisiness.

sending my daughter to Mexico with her friend and her parents
what kind of a document do I need to provide to my daughter's friend's parents in order to satisfy the customs' agents when my daughter goes to Mexico with them. Do I need it notarized? Thank you, Gracias.

Estoy tratando de llamar para hacer una cita y me dieron este numero 1877 693 4835 pero cada vez que llamo me dice que el numero no esta en servicio que devo hacer?
Estoy llamando a la oficina e sEattle y los buzones estan llenos y no reciven mas y nadie contesta el telefono ah y tambien intente a todas las extenciones y no respuesta, no hay manera de hablar con una person humans me canse de estar hablando con la maquina es frustrante!

It is not easy getting in touch with this place. They do not answer their phones and when you want to leave a message their mailbox is full. Not good....
