FM3 Visa new law and renewal
I have a an FM3 Visa which is due to expire at the end of March 2013, the new law is confusing?, please advise me on where and how to renew the visa? I own a condo in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you. I live in the Seattle area.

Un servicio al publico, que no da servicio.
Desafortunadamente yo, al igual que todos ustedes, no tengo ningún comentario positivo sobre el consulado de México en Seattle. Una de las responsabilidades de nuestro consulado es el servir a los Mexicanos en el extranjero, y según un comentario de nuestro cónsul Alejandro Garcia M. “El consulado de México en Seattle es la casa de los mexicanos.” Tengo más de cinco días llamando al 1877… para hacer una cita y renovar mi pasaporte, y cinco días llamando al consulado y NUNCA contestan sus teléfonos. Vamos a invitar a nuestro nuevo cónsul; Alejandro García M. a que nos escuche. O Nos tenemos que pasar de mojados a nuestro propio país? Es absolutamente ridículo que el número telefónico 1877… para hacer citas en Seattle, este en México.

I have tried to contact your offices and branches to locate the office that keeps record of matriculas issued as i need a certified copy no matter where i call or what extention i call it all redirects u to the same number unless you want an appointment you get nothing else do you think i could get a local us eastern washington state number so i can deal with my problem

I received a matricula from Mexican consulate in Pasco, Washington. I need to contact this office to get the address of the mexican consulute that issued the matricula. The reason I need the address is I need a certified copy of the matriular.

Passport renewal & fm3
Hello, I would like to know if my son, who was born in LaPaz, BCS last October, can renew his Mexican passport @ your office? Or do we have to return to Mexico to renew it? Also we have a house in Baja and would like to get an FM3 for my wife & I so my son can go to school in the Baja.
