EN LUGAR DE DAR UN BUEN SERVICIO A LOS MEXICANOS QUE REQUIEREN DE ALGUN TRAMITE EN SUS OFICINAS PARECE QUE USTEDES DAN UN PESIMO TRATO.

POR LO QUE HE LEIDO EN ESTA PAGINA ME APENA QUE EL HONORABLE CONSUL MEXICANO NO SE HAYA PERCATADO DE LOS PROBLEMAS QUE EXISTEN EN EL CONSULADO GENERAL DE MEXICO. OBSERVO QUE DAN UNA PESIMA IMAGEN Y UN PESIMO TRATO A SUS CONCIUDADANOS. EL CONSULTADO MEXICANO DEBERIA DE SER UN EJEMPLO Y BRINDAR EL MEJOR SERVICIO POSIBLE A SUS COMPATRIOTAS EN EL EXTRANJERO, POR LO QUE ME HE PODIDO PERCATAR HACEN QUE TODO SEA MAS DIFICIL.

LA GENTE QUE VA AL CONSULADO NO TIENE TIEMPO PARA ESTARLO PERDIENDO. SI VAN AL CONSULADO ES PORQUE NECESITAN HACER ALGUN TRAMITE. LOS EMPLEADOS QUE TRABAJAN AHI DEBERIAN DE OPERAR CON UNA MEJOR ETICA Y SER MAS RESPETUOSOS HACIA SUS SEMEJANTES.

SENCILLAMENTE LOS HACEN REGRESAR PORQUE NOS LOS INFORMARON COMO ERA DEBIDO. SENCILLAMENTE PORQUE NO SE INFORMA COMO CORRESPONDE DE DEBIDO A QUE NO SE LES INFORMA COMO ES DEBIDO.

SE LES AGRADECERA QUE DESEMPEÑEN MEJOR SU TRABAJO. SE RECOMIENDA QUE ESTEN MEJOR INFORMADOS PARA QUE INFORMEN MEJOR AL PUBLICO SOBRE LA DOCUMENTACION QUE DEBERAN PRESENTAR EN LOS DISTINTOS TRAMITES.

Mean people at the mexican consulate-general
Yes I too had to go into the Mexican consulate, the gentleman there also repeated over and over the same answer wouldn't let you get a word in and finally when I did, it seemed As I had to kiss his ass just so he could answer a question I had. Very rude people, why are they there if not to help some poor sole that needs answers.

I have 4 US citizens underage children who I would like to take to Monterrey N.L. for Thanksgiving but was told they all needed passaports to travel into Mexico, is that true.

try the Mexican Consulate in Laredo Texas if possible
look it up. I met some people who work there and they are very motivated to help people get their matricula, visa, passport, etc as long as you have an id-Mexican id is acceptable. busquen ayuda en Laredo Texas en el Consulado de Mexico. se los aseguro que la gente te trabaja ayi esta dispuesta a ayudarles. Busquen a la senora Aguirre es muy Buena gente y les aseguro la ayuda, simplemente traten de obtener los papeles necesarios. acta de nacimiento y es possible tambien, gracias.

Poner mas atencion al servicio Que nos puedan dar y necesitamos nunca puede comunicarse con alguna persona para hacer preguntas porque contesta una maquina nomas para ciertas cosas y Pues no hay la opcion de hablar con un representante

Soy Mexicans con residencia en Los Estados Unidos .Fui al consulado a renovar mi Pasaporte .yo llevaba mi Pasaporte y mi registro de nacimiento despues de estar Esperando 3 horas el secretario me informo que tenia que llevar el acta de matrimonio.lo unico que tuve que acer fue regresarme para Corpus Christi,Tx,a la sigiuiente semana regrese y Otras vez despues de esperar aproximadamente 3 horas y media el secretario con el Pasaporte ya listo ,lo unico que tenia que acer yo era firmarlo me informo que nome podia dar el Pasaporte porque en mi targeta residencia aparece el apellido de mi esposo primero.mi pregunta eas por que no me lo digo.asi yo no tenia que estar perdiendo mi tiempo.

De verdad es una lástima q uno d mexicano no quiera ni pisar el consulado d su propio país para cualquier veneficio propio yo en lo personal no tengo ni una identificación x que no me la an querido dar x no tener ninguna ident .la última vez salí llorando de la umillacion y el trato q dieron tratan y miran a uno sin ningún respeto SR consulado nesecitamos personal capacitado y humanno esa bola desgraciados q stan si como es q uno de mex pued ir x alluda si decriminanan a uno peor q lo americanos nesicitos gent humild k nos allude gracias.
