Automated phone service
It is frustrating to get information on the automated service.after they speak spanish they can not direct you to a right department and the system repeated over and over and finally hangs up

Mexican consulate worst service ever!!!
I am sad to say this but the Mexican consulate is not very helpful. First of all the employees are so unprofessional, and act so arrogant and self important, almost like they are above all the other people only because they work there. They are not friendly and do not offer the kind support they are there to offer. Unfortunately most people that go there are often uneducated, so I felt like they somehow take advantage of their disadvantage. The way they speak to the client in such a tyrant way, like if they always have to be right. When I was there the person that helped me was so rude, he would not even let me finish my sentences and continue to repeat the same thing over and over again treating me like I was stupid. He had no manners you could tell this was his first high paying job. Also, their system is so outdated, they don't offer any seating areas and a wait number so that people can stand up when their number is called. Anyways, I am sad to say this but they treat their own people so poorly instead of offering the support they need, when living in a foreign country. It was just plain ridiculous I hope they get some sort professional supervisor to visit their office because they are so out of line. Until then they will continue to offer an unproffesional, and poor service.
