Greetings.
I am a Cuban national, temporarily legally residing in South Africa with visitor's visa, but I wish to visit Mexico now with a tourist visa.
I'm concerned about Mexico's restriction towards Cubans due to their emigrations.
Will it be possible for me? And what do I require? Thanks in advance.
