Mexican Citizen? Mexican National?
My 19 year old son is a sophomore in college and is filling out ROTC paperwork for a background check. He was born in LA and his mother was born in Mexico City. We got him a mexican passport when he was 2 years of age in 1997. It expired a year later--- 1998--- it was never used or renewed.
The dual nationality laws have changed so much. The paperwork asks if he is a dual citizen. Is it incorrect to answer NO? An additional question asks if he has ever been issued a passport from another country. He would of course, answer yes. Appreciate any guidance.

temporario residencia in MX
I have a condo in San Jose del Cabo,MX. I also have a car:Nissan Tsuuru 2002, and last yr I could not register it because I do not have a "residencia temporioria." I need to know what I take to Philadelphia(2 1/2 drive) to take care of this business so I can drive my car in MX. I called and sent an email. I hope to make this trip only once if possible. I plan to travel there in November, so I want to be cleared before then. Can I get a visa application to fill out before

it's a shame that the personnel in there treat most of the Mexican citizen as a foreing person when you going to request and pay for the "services" they offer. where is the help Mexican government? doesn't do nothing about to help ID ourselves in USA.

Mexican and Illegal Mexican Rights
I like to say as a Legal Advocate for Illegal Immigrates crossing the border from all courses of the borders entries into the United States have a Constitutional Right under the United States Constitution of the 5th Amendment.

In addition, illegal immigrates have the right when they cross the border illegal or by visa have all rights as any Non American Citizen and or Citizen because here in America, as History speak there are not one validated Citizen of American beside the Native Indians and in the State of Texas that was the land and owned by Mexico as well as all Citizen had a right to claim that land before it was sold and or deprive from Mexico Country.

Therefore, most Americans, so they claim to be but not know their American History, as I see and read their comments against Mexicans do not understand all our forefathers came here illegal without any visas as well as the all forms of Cultures here now in America.

In saying this, to all the alleged Americans in the United States, ask yourself was the framers of the United States forefathers bought here by visa.

Last, as I speak for the Mexicans with my support, all Mexicans have a right to stay and be treated as Human Beings as well as God see us all.

FREE THE USA MARINE
We demand the Mexican government free the United Sates Marine right now! If you don't I will urge my government to put up the biggest damn wall on the US/ Mexican border and stop all financial assistance to your government. I will also demand no more relaxed Customs and Immigration policies allowing the illegal crossing of Mexicans into our country. We will boycott all things Mexican. We will assemble in a peaceful legal manner around your consulates throughout the United States to protest the Mexican governments imprisonment off our Marine. I will demand the US stop providing aid to the Mexicans who are already in this country illegally.

No more $$ for Mexican products
Mexican government imprisonment of the US Marine Sgt who crossed the border by accident, coupled with their complicity in flooding the US with illegal aliens is the last straw … just booked 2 vacations for this winter to 'all inclusive' resorts but NOT in Mexico. Also, no more Dos Equis, Corona, or any other product of Mexico. My personal boycott is not that big a deal, but MANY others feel the same and are taking similar actions in their buying and travel decisions.
