I have been trying for the last two weeks to try to get a hold of someone in your office and have not been successful, its very stressful.
I have been trying to call and get thru and when I press a direct line thru the automated system...I get disconnected..
I have tried to get through to ask a simple question and cannot seem to get through. I want information of a visitors visa. The whole process of getting through seems completely messed up.

I was told I needed to complete an fm2 form in order to collect my fathers' house deed. Will someone please guide me as to the easiest way to go about this.

Muammar Gaddafi should step down, if he is no longer wanted and rejected as leader by the Libyan people.
