I have lost my consular identification, I was wondering how to get it back I've tried calling the number but no one answers can somebody tell me what I need to get it back :(

Que frustracion amigos.

Es increible la ineficencia de este consulado. Me parece ridiculo que el gobierno de Mexico gaste en un systema donde los empleados se presenten nadamas para cobrar. Es inutil lograr comincarse con esta gente.

Passport phone # doesn't work!
I have been trying for two weeks to call and make an appointment to get a passport. They gave me an 877 number and every day I have tried to call but it never rings it goes to a message suing this # is unavailable at this time!!!!! How is anyone going to get a passport if the # isn't working??!!! This is VERY upsetting

Power of Attorney
No one is answering your direct line. May I make an appointmente for tomorrow, March 27? Do I need a passport to obtain a power of attorney for Mexico? I am a US citizen and have driver's license and credit cards, etc. Thank you....Jim Shuler, MD
