Non-existance of Oxnard email address
I have attempted to email the Oxnard, CA email address, consul@consulmexoxnard.com, and and it returns as non-existant. Does anyone has an alternate idea as to how to communicate with them. I would hate to stand in their long lines and not have anyone assist me. I want to apply for Mexican and American dual citizenship. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

No se frustren/Don't get frustrated
Public services are the same everywhere, you just have to be patient and persevere. I've had some problems getting through to some of California's public services i.e EDD and believe me, it isn't that much different than what you've experienced with the Mexican Consulate office. I suggest you use their system of scheduling appointments and be there when you are scheduled to be there. Una sugerencia; hablales en español cuando asistas a tu cita. As for you,Geovanny Garcia, you may need go in person and apply for a new consular identification there. You may also need to schedule an appointment on the SRE Embassy website or Consular website prior to attending in person. Suerte!

WE SHOULD SUETHIS CONSULATE AND THE ONE IN LOS ANGELES TOO.
DEVERIAMOS DE DEMANDAR ESTOS CONSULADOS PARA QUE LOS CIERREN MEJOR PORQUE PARA EL CERVICIO QUE DAN NO VALE LA PENA CONTAR CON ELLOS. MUY POCOS DE SUS TRABAJADORES ESTAN DISPUESTOS A AYUDAR, AL CONTRARIO TE QUIEREN JODER MAS.CONSULADO DE LOS ANGELES NO ES LA EXCEPCION. ESTAN MAS PARA JODER A LA GENTE QUE PARA AYUDAR.

No one answers the phone for 2 years!! Post your hours!!!!
Why don't you post your hours so that we can know when to come in to renew passports?
We need to know if your office is even operational; otherwise we have to go all the way to Los Angeles.

This is not any way to operate a consulate!!!!!!!
How unprofessional. You make Mexico look bad.
