Hi I am Cuban and would like to join my husband whose father passed away in Ensenada, Mexico. My questions is this I am currently a Permanent Resident in the United States. Is there any special document I need to present to go into Mexico. Since there in only one Cuban embassy in the United States would I need a Cuban passport?
