Comments on this Consulate-General
Any time I had called Mexitel's customer service they are not able to give me an appointment because their server is down and they always asked me to call back in 20 minutes which I have done an experience the same issue. The website does not work when trying to request an appointment on line. It's embarrassing that the Mexican government has such poor service for so many Mexicans (like me) leaving in US. We are in the 21 century and the services that Mexitel is providing is worst than the 18th century.
In areas of Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Akumal, government agencies must be vigilant in protecting the consumer's rights of the tourists against high pressured sales tactics from resorts allowed to operate in your country. These resorts subject foreign nationals in making sales to a point that many fall victims of scams because these resorts operate with unscrupulous timeshare title services that in the end cause miseries and grief from unsuspecting clients. Campaign vigilantly against these foreign resorts operators and protect the tourist so they will want to come back again.
Plan to travel to the region of Mexico where Tequila is made are there any tours of the area
Good afternoon,
I travel to DF 2 times a year for three weeks at a time. I am very upset as I smoke a carton of cigarettes a week and can only bring in 20 packs.....Mexican cigarettes are not the same grade tobacco as USA cigarettes...this is very unfair

Hey,
I am a Ph.D student in New York and my research paper has been accpted in the Candian, American and Mexican Conference 2015, The invitation letter is attached with email. I need Visa for attending confernece.
I read the policy of Maxico Govrnment on website
http://consulmex.sre.gob.mx/nuevayork/index.php/en/visas-for-foreign-nationals
that
Other nationalities, Non-US Permanent Residents. Starting May 1st, 2010, all those foreign nationals, regardless of their nationality, visiting Mexico for tourist, business or transit matters won't need a Mexican visa as long as they have with them a valid and not expired USA visa in the passport. In this context, if you have a valid US visa in the passport you do not need to obtain a Mexican visa.
Would please tell me that I can travel in the Mexico the USA visa. Copy of the USA visa and DS-2019 is attached with this email.
