I am an American Citizen and my wife has an US Green Card from Haiti. We planed to go on vacation in Mexico July 2013, does she need a Mexican Visa?

Thank you for your time.
Please release US Marine Jon Hammar from the CEDES prison and permit him to return safely to the USA.
I am in the process of getting ready to vacation in Mexico with my wife and family in January for our sixth time. I have just found out about the unjust and inhumane treatment your Govt. is visiting upon Mr. Jon Hammer. If Mr. Hammer is not released by and back home by Christmas I will cancel all plans to vacation in Mexico and go to the Bahamas instead and never vacation in Mexico again.
We are two Turkish citizens who will travel to Cozumel for one day on
a cruise departing from Miami.
I have a green card and my mother will have valid USA tourist visa and
she holds green passport
we will spend only 8 hours in Cozumel, do we need to get a Mexican visa?
Por favor quisiera saber que necesito para una visa, soy residente en EEUU pero mi pasaporte es peruano.

Dear Mexican Consulate General:
A complaint to the Florida Governor's Office over illegal racial profiling and harrasment was answered stating the Florida Governor does not get involved in
local issues at the local level in Florida.
Thus as a result of this minorities are on their own as well as Latino Green Card
holders and other lawful Latino residents in the State of Florida , most local governments are not responsive to complaints by minorities and can best viewed as colusion and silent approval since the Government of Florida has set the tone on dealing with illegal racial matters.
Sincerely,
Pfc Timmy Jones

I need help/advice to get a mo. who lives in Matamoros Mexico, served with a Florida
