I am getting engage and my boyfriend will like to have the engagement done in Mexico as he will be there. He is in Mexiso every other week due to his job. After the engagement my boyfriend will apply immediaately for permament residence status.He sent a letter asking for your consideration of granting the tourist visa. But have received no reply.
