Mexican MVR
I have moved to California and I am getting auto insurance for the first time. The insurance company needs a copy of my Mexican motor vehicle record. How do I get that?

El sitio web mexicano parece estar muy desorganizado, podría ser la falta de personal calificado.

Selling Real Estate Property in Mexico
I understand that when a United States Real Estate Broker is selling your property (Real Estate Transation)one purchased in Mexico, that he works closely with SEGOB (Secretaria DE Gobernacion). Is this the proper and legitate process in order to finalize the sale of this property.

Want to travel to Baja on vacation for 6 months
If I want to rent a vacation rental in Baja for 6 months and just relax, not work, just relax, how do I go about it and what proof do I need? Do I need the rental agreement? Can I stay that long or must I go on the 4 month tourist visa, exit and re-enter?

I already have Global Entry on my US Passport.

Please advise.
