I've been trying for 5 months to get an appointment through mexitel to renew my passport to no avail. Can I just come in early in the morning and be attended. It is now an emergency.

I found out Saturday (09/21/13) that my 93 yeard old grandmother and my 69 year old epyleptic and blind uncle were beaten by their own daugher, my mother. I tried for three days to reach other family members but no one is providing me with their numbers. When calling my grandmother's house, my mother and brother answer and tell me "they" are not available. I tried contacting the CAVI (Centro de Atencion de Violencia Intrafamiliar) pero no logro hacer la llamada pues yo vivo en Los Angeles y mi abuela en Ciudad de Mexico. Mi abuela como mi tio estan siendo usados como rehenes y no me puedo comunicar con ellos. Necesito ayuda. I have a relative travelling from India who wants to take a Mexican Riviera Cruise which leaves from LA and comes back to LA with a stop in Ensenada. Does she need a visa or can she travel with her Indian passport only. Please confirm. Thanks
