With regards to your Automated answering system
I just called trying to acquire information to process a "Poder Notarial", and your automated answering system contains information with the typical labyrinth of selections.
The unfortunate configuration of your system doesn't allow for listeners to hear the "message/statements/instructions" twice or trice, hence we need to call two or three times into your system, if we missed a number from a phone number information or instructions... I prefer you slow it down or provide the ability to listen to the message again once it's completed.
