Horrible service
I went to the Mexican consulate in Huntington Park this Sunday. First I made an appointment and was told to take all my paperwork while I was there I was told I needed my Green Card, and I was never told by your appointment center Mexi Tel. I was then told that was all I needed. I went back from Carson a 25 mile drive. Then I was told that even though I took my original birth certificate it was not valid since it did not say where I was born. I read it to them. It says exactly the time and place of where I was born. Or if that was the case it would not be an original legal copy. I took time off of work my travel is with in three days and this is just not acceptable for this type of service. I want to place a legal claim since I am taking my time obtain my passport to travel and it is being denied for the dumbest reasons. Please help me resolve this issue imediatley
