To Whom It May Concern,
We will be arranging one of our member to travel on :
1) 7/Nov . From Changi Airport -> Narita Airport -> Houston Airport (9 hours in-transit) -> Aguascalientes Airport (Mexico)
2) 14/Nov. From Aguascalientes Airport – Houston Airport (5 hours in-transit) -> Narita Airport -> Changi Airport.
Our concern is -> Do we need apply Visa for our colleague even though he is only doing the in-transit in the Houston Airport?
