visiting Ensenada, Baja California in August 18-30, 2012

I plan to visit Ensenada, Baja California on or about 18-30 August 2012 and would to find out what is need to get a visa and a vehicle permit to cross over from the USA-Tiajuana border. I already have a valid USA passport.

I need this information as soon as possible to make arrangements.
