i am helping a family from mexico, they are trying to get a dual citizen for their daughter. this is important because if they were ever to be deported their child would become a ward of the state as she is a united states citizen. We had an appointment an we were told that her birth certificate had to be letter size we went to county of Calhoun and were told that they could not change the size of her birth certificate. Why does the Mexican consul think they can be above every body else and ask the impossible from their citizens

Phone options are not good
I would like to make an appointment to renew my passport. I tried calling 877-639-4835 but no one would pick up phone. Just same menu options over and over would repeat even though I would select option 1.

Visa required for US L1B Holders and will I-94 be renewed upon re-entry into US
Hi,

I have a valid L1B visa until 2014 and I-94 is valid until the same time. I need to visit a friend in Mexico. Would I need a Mexican Visa?

Also, after I visit Mexico and re-enter US, will my I-94 be re-issued. If it is, will the new I-94 be moved past the current I-94 date or changed to something before the current I-94 date.

Thanks for the help.
