Fm3
Hello,

We would like to get an FM3 card for next week as we own a condo in Mexco and would like to buy a car for down there. We understand that we need to do this process up here and no longer can down in Mexico.
Thank you so much in advance for your assistance in this matter.

Children travelling to Mexico
I have an 18 year old and a 15 year old who were planning to fly to Mexico to meet us for spring break. They would be travelling on their own. They both have passports and have made this trip on their own before.

I know the 18 year old is OK but understand that now we need the parents permission completed in Spanish and English. We know this needs to be notarized by a lawyer. Does the lawyer also notarize the Spanish version (even though he does not read Spanish) or do we have to get that one notarized somewhere else?

Where do we get the Spanish forms?

Travelling with Minors / third pary
I myself called the office in Calgray to ask for the steps we have to do as our trip with grandchildren is Jan.2nd. I phone in the afternoon Friday,Nov.30 and the lady informed me that that law has been suspended until Feb.15/13th and that they would be putting it on their web-site. I too have to believe what the lady told me - their web-site hasn't been updated since Fri.Nov 16th/12
So I will be calling and calling to confirm - PLEASE update your web-site so we all know- don't want to cancel our trip but may have to if the info I was given is inaccurate.

Move to Mexico
I am planning on purchasing a home in Lake Chapala and moving to Mexico full time early in 2013. It is my understanding that as of Nov 12/12 there is a new immigration policy regarding FM2 & FM3. I was told that the process of obtaining the above must start in your country of origin. Would you be able to help me with these documents.

South African temporary Passport
I am a South African, living in Canada,i am also a permanent resident in Canada.
My question is.
Can i travel to Mexico wiith a temporary passport?
I am waiting for my new passport but it will only arrive in Canada in february.
I have my daughter and grandson living in Mexico, my grandson is Mexican.
My temporary passport has a picture in it.
I used to have a fm3 before, but gave it up becuase my husband and i own a condo and it is in his name and since i doont live in Mexico full time i did not need the fm3 any longer.
Will i still need a visa?
