I am a yemeni by nationality and posses a Yemeni passport and I want to go to Mexico , for tourism for one week , as there is no any embassy or consulate for Mexico here in Yemen , how can I apply for the visa and what do I need ?!

I'm an indian passport holder.I'm working in Cairo since 4years in a reputed bank.Would like to travel to Mexico fr tourist purpose.how long foes it take to apply fr the tourist visa?
We were planning to travel in March end2014.how much is the waiting time?
How many days does it take yo get a visa after the appointment date.
Could we get the visa as we need to book the hotels accordingly.
