On crossing the border I was ordered to pay 300 pesos or 50 dollars Belize fee even though it was paid through the airline ticket. The officers there close the door with each person on your entering the office. Is that shady business or what? Is that legal. It was done as recent as December 12.
July 18th around 3:30am Mexican time
At the Mexican border they charge every one on the ADO bus $25 US for an so called EXIT FEE, when I ask the man for our receipt, he said "bank is closed, can't give receipt" he couldn't even give us a written one. He did not care that we already paid it through our airline tickets and were just passing throw Mexico and we were not even in Mexico for a day.
This is the 1st time We ever had to pay any money at the land Mexican border.
