A question: What do I need if I'm a Chinese studying at Austin and plan to visit Mexico for 2 weeks.
Hi,

I'm a Chinese student at UT and plan to learn spanish and visit at Mexico city. Wondering what documents I should bring to get the visa done and approximately how many working days are needed. Thank you!

No response to inquiries asking for verification of account for tax payments
We have been asked to pay taxes to the Mexican SAT (like US IRS)for property we are selling in Cancun. I have tried to verify the account holder for the account number I have and have not been able to do so. I was given an email address supposedly set up for the purpose of assisting US citizens to make such payments, but after 10 days and more than four email requests to asisnet@sat.gob.mx, I have received no response. Have tried to call the bank, but cannot reach a live person. I just need to know that the account number I was given is actually the SAT government account. Shouldn't be this hard. Thinking of cutting all business dealings in Mexico as the government appears to be unresponsive to our simple request.

Fix Mexico's Borders
The American people would appreciate it if the Mexican government would tighten there border and not allow there citizens to cross illegally into the U.S. If you would fix your country then your citizens would not want to leave..

Jon Hammar
Everything points to an incredible injustice taking place in the case of Joh Hammar. If the accounts of what took place at the borderr are accurate surrounding his incaration are correct we have a terrible injustice being done.

Both my wife and I and our grown children from time to time have vacationed in Mexico. The type of scenario we are hearing about Jon Hammar causes us to cautiously consider returning to Mexico in the future.

I would ask that he be released and returned home by Christmas.

Thank you for the opportunity to express my views.

What are you talking about becuase you are a 'gringo?' Where does the sudden gunfire come from? The first part of the paragraph was sensible, and then towards the end some passive aggressiveness came out???
