Is it safe to travel by bus to Mexico
If I am having green card and leaving in America, but my fiancé Russian and we would like to meet in Mexico to get married.Do we need to married in USA Embassy or in Russian Embassy and do we need to make appointment ahead? Could you,please provide details how better to do everything.Thank you.
