We emailed you twice and we posted on your website our request for a visa a month ago. There is no answer received from you. You have the worst service in the whole world. You have no respect for humans. Don't you think we do care for your poor country ? We would never spent a $ in mexico.
Shame on you !
May God keep you as animal you are.
With my heart,

Dear Consul-
I am looking to visit your Cancun soon in a group. I'm a USA citizen and so all my family member and my relatives that we are planning to go together are all USA citizen. I know we no need a visa for sure. Here in this group we are inviting my brother which is a Albanian citizen and I think he needs a visa for Mexico. He is 46 years old and married for more 20 years with kids and his wife. But his family aren't coming this time. Since my brother seems needs a visa may you explain what documents he needs to get a visa and how long the process take so we can plan exactly the dates with some real numbers. I would appreciate to hear from you soon.
Thanks for your consideration.
