I'm a PhD student (citizen of Kazakhstan)
last week I sent the documents in Moscow, at the Embassy of Mexico for a to apply tourist visa.(through a travel agency),
today, the agency reported that, denied tourist visa to Mexico, without any reason, and the said that to apply the visa in Ankara (Turkey).
But I don't know, if i go to the Turkey, Will not be the same result?
I would like to know if I have a transit visa of US could I visit to Mexico?

My fiancé is a citizen of Mexico, she is inviting me to visit her in Mexico for this year’s summer vacation, I presently live in North-Cyprus, and I couldn’t find any Mexican Consulate/Embassy around here, except in Turkey.
1. Sir! I want to know if it is possible for me to mail my Applications via DHL?
2. How and where can I get the Application Form?
3. How much is the Application Fee, and can I send it via a Money Order, MoneyGram, etc?
4. Must I attach an Original Return Ticket or I could use a reservation?
These are my questions Sir! And I would really be happy if they are all answered!
