Excellency,
I have to submit as follows
Please refer to the undermentioned particulars/details for your kind and sympathetic consideration.
As,I have a sequence of letters written to different officials for the solution of my agony and difficulties.
I am a Pakistani National and married to Anwar Hussain Tariq(having Mexican resident visa).
I got 10 years Mexican visa from Shanghai.
On 28-12-2012,a daughter namely Jannat Tariq was born in Mexico
and we got her Mexican passport no:G11386777(MEXICO DF).
That,i stayed in Mexico for three years and during the period i kept visiting Pakistan from time to time.
That,in July 2015 i came to Pakistan with my daughter and husband
to attend my sister's marriage.
After some time here in Pakistan i came to know that our passports (me and my daughter's) with other essential documents were lost somewhere and in this connection a case was also registered with concerned police station.
That,after inquiry and investigation it was held that my husband has taken these passports,reasoning he is not having good matrimonial relations with me.Resultantly a muddle was arisen among us.
My husband has also admitted it.
Now Mr.Tariq is in Mexico and have illegally and immorally possessed our passports.
Excellency,My 3 years old daughter is in a great trouble and being suffered and we could not travel whereas i have many belongings in Mexico and my daughters upbringing is also imperiled.
It is humbly prayed that my daughter's life may kindly be saved
and we may also be issued new passport for my daughter and a resident visa as per my previous record may also be issued as it is very genuine and bonafide right
We hope that our case will be considered on humanitarian grounds.
We shall be very thankful to you.
