WALK FOR DEMOCRACY IN BURKINA FASO

August 10th, 2013

Object:

Demand of support

To his Excellence M Ambassador

Excellence,

I am writing this letter on behalf of Walk for Democracy in Burkina Faso, a voluntary commitment to support the installation of true and real Democracy in Africa. This voluntary and goodwill commitment is presently headed by me, Mr. Yves Bambara, Political Science Student of City College of New York, and is backed by my batch mates working in various places. Our objective in encouraging the great Democratic nations, the Great Leaders and Organizations in US and around the world, is to bring forth good leadership and good governance deprived of corruption in nations that still remain in dictatorship or fake democracy. Helping the nations deprived of true democracy to immediately install it, will make every country a better living and free place and avoid the migration of millions of development nation’s people into the North. It will also avoid the hard change of power leading to civil wars or tribal, racial and ethnic clashes. Our urgent act will help preventing genocides and save millions of lives as we saw in Rwanda, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Libya, Tunisia, Egypt etc. If the entire International Committee plays a true role during every election process, we will avoid the non respect of voter’s choice and the long reign of many leaders in Africa who continue to mislead the Great Nations.

Africa is a great continent with lot of natural resources but the lack of good leadership made it a poor continent where people are still living in extreme poverty with less than one dollar a day. Therefore it becomes unacceptable to remain inactive. “African Nations need strong institutions and not a powerful and long-life leader like the one we have in Burkina Faso since October 15th, 1987 where corruption and impunity is still the model of government.

The Walk for Democracy in Burkina Faso, this voluntary act will start in September 16th, 2013 in front of United Nations Headquarter and will arrive in the Capitol in Washington, DC in October 18th, 2013 and to the Elysée at Paris France on December 15th, 2013. It will require lot of physical, financial, material and moral efforts; therefore your support in any nature will be necessary.

The various coverage of this event will require your help, which we are hopeful of attaining from your side.

Thank you for considering our request and giving your time. In case, you wish to know more about this noble project and the various facets associated with it, please feel free to contact our office on all days on phone: 917 224 8286 or 917 653 2210 or 917 416 8864 or 917 569 5306 between 6am to 11pm; alternately, you can drop in your queries at capeod@hotmail.com, ajdousa@gmail.com, capeod@gmail.com or visit our website www.walkfordemocracyinburkinafaso.com.
