I did not even know that there was a consulate of Mauritius in Amsterdam. I guess regarding passport, the best is to contact the Embassy in Brussels.

Mauritian paasport
Hi Sir,
I received a letter dated 03 February 2011 regarding my Dutch Passport that i have to report asas possible to the Mauritian Consulate in Amsterdam for the renouncement (Afstand) the Mauritian Passport within 3months as from letter dated.
Unfortunately the address and the phone number on the web site is not correct.
