I need to renew my Maltese passport that expired in 2015. What do I need to do?
Please let me know how to go about this . I was told you need a finger print now to do this,and the only place I could get this ( finger print ) is either at Washington or New York .Well I live in California ,is there a way I can get this done here so I don't have to travel.
