I am Libyan and I ask how to applying for Maltese Visa in Tunis to study English language for 6 months?!
I have sent Email to this address Vias.mhas@gov.mt but the did not answer me yet!
please answer me and tell me what I can do to apply for this visa!

انا عندي الجنسيه المالطيه واملك جواز سفر مالطي وابني مولود في مالطا..ارغب في الدهاب الى مالطا انا وعائلتي بالله كيف الاجراءات

I would like to apply for schengen visa for a year , for antention , I've ready had one for 6 months but It expired in 20 August 2014 , so I need to apply for new one .

I student at the University of Malta ( University residence english school )and I study languages at the expense for the Libyan state. The study began in college on 07.03.2014. Held in Malta with my husband and my kids .kdmt on vacation from school on 22.9.2014 to 12.10.2014 . I went to Libya for visit our family and upon our return to Malta after the end of the holiday prescribed surprised that the visa my husband has been granted access to once and not repeated with the knowledge that visas extracted at one time for the purpose of study. And we could not return to complete the study after the expiration of the license. And that's where the Maltese Embassy in Libya closed .becouse of current events .
I hope that you will help us to get a visa for my husband so that we can return to Malta to complete the study.
