I HAVE A FRIEND FROM LIBYA AND HE WENT TO THE EMBASSY MORE THEN 10 TIMES IM REALY ANGRY AND HE STILL TILL NOW HE DONT APLICATE FOR VISA .CAUSE ALWAYS THERE IS SOME THINK IN THE EMBASSY HE WAS INQUE HE WAS SIX ONE AND THEY GET IN ONLY 3 IT WAS NOT ONLY ONE TIME THAT THIS HAPPEN

APPLICATION FOR A STUDY VISA FOR MALTA

I am a Cameroonian, base in Cameroon.I have been admitted to study international maritime law in the international maritime law institute university of Malta.I have been in contact with your foreign office in Malta and found out the only means I can obtain a visa for Malta is from the nearest Maltese embassy to Cameroon among which Libya was.However, the Libyan immigration policy require me to go through some one based in Libya for and invitation letter for Libya.I have no such person or contact.

Requirements for study visa for Malta
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Cameroonian, base in Cameroon.I have obtained an admission to study International Maritime Law in the International Maritime Law Institute University of Malta.However, I am blocked from proceeding because the Maltese Embassy and Consulate here in Cameroon does not grant visas.I'm compelled to move to Libya and apply for a visa for Malta but however the Libyan Embassy in Cameroon require visas for Libya to be applied directly by applicant from Tripoli.
