Request Consulate General of Malta

Malta needs to address this issue
Having un-successfully tried to contact the maltese consulate general of Malta in Toronto for several weeks now with no response or reply to my emails.
I am getting dissatisfied by the whole process, as others have been by the number of comments made on this site and with other comments that have been deleted by the operator!!! : (
Can the government of Malta fix this ?!!!!
We did not have these many problems as we are having now since the new consulate general was appointed. :(
Something is terribly wrong, when your own country's embassy is not there for its citizens....Eh?

I am very frustrated in getting through to the Malta Consulate General in Toronto. No one answers the phone and/or responds to my e-mail. How am I supposed to make an appointment if no one answers. This is unaccepable. If its that busy, you need more staff.
