indian chef
Having gained significant experience in capacities like Chef De Partie, Head Indian Cook etc I am seeking growth opportunities in your prestigious company.
I am a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking chef with a passion for food and lots of experience working in busy restaurants around the world.
I believe I have the experience you require in a chef as I am versatile in almost all areas of kitchen-preparation, starter, soup, desserts, supervision, and preparation; and have worked in a number of prestigious kitchens mainly into Indian Cuisines.
Along with delivering directed meals and presentations for customer review, I have also had a hand in creating my own dishes with great innovation and presentation. I welcome the opportunity to show you photos of these dishes and other preparations I have had a hand at in my experience; as well as cook for you to show you how I can meld flavor, tastes, innovation, and presentation for culinary applause. Please let me know if you wish to further discuss your requirements and my ability to meet them.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Prakash Khetwal

Requirement of Indian in Malta
There are some 200 odd Indian families in Malta. Some of them have been there for over 60 years. In spite of these families being in Malta for so many year the following needs of Indians are absent and not looked into by Maltese governments.
1)Hinduism is not recognised as a religion in Malta but described as a cult. This needs to be changed with immediate effect and brought in line with other EEC countries which recognise Hinduism as a religion.
2)Hindus on death are not allowed to be cremated in Malta but are buried contrary to Hindu religion. Cremation rights must be granted to Indians in Malta.
3)Hindus must be allowed to build a Hindu temple without fear of it being damaged or the temple harmed in any way so that they can practise their religion in peace.
4)Indians in Malta are mostly shop keepers. Many are afraid to speak out or fight for their rights for fear of their shops being damaged or physical harm coming to them. Indians in Malta must feel free to express themselves without fear of reprisals.
5)In my opinion the media in Malta is biased against India. The negative side of India is projected in the Maltese media while little from the positive side is highlighted. This must change.
Malta is no rich country at all. Perhaps double of Maltese population lives out of Malta because of low salaries and various other reasons in Malta. Malta's big interest in India developed in the last 5 years due to the economic rise of India and in the hope of making good Indian money by various means. Malta must accommodate Indians living in Malta well and make life for Indians there congenial. They must feel free and get the respect they deserve for Malta justifying this massive Maltese presence in India with 4 Maltese Consulates, two full time diplomats, Maltese firms and Maltese residents in India.

Indians no place for Indian students or business/employment..
I spend some months in Malta each year as I take long brisk walk by the sea in that country. Malta is not a rich country like UK/USA and salaries are fairly low. I was paid Euro 20 per hour as a Specialist doctor. Also having worked there for a few week I noted there are no references asked or a job description provided. Pensions are poor and many of my doctor colleagues tell me they cannot retire although near 80 years of age because of poor pensions. Malta wants Indian students for Indian money but in my opinion it is no place for following reason: Maltese are not well read people and majority do not know what is going on in this world. There is no specialty one cannot find in India which is available in Malta. Maltese look down on Indians for reason not known to me. Indians do not need that. India can do without Malta but not the other way round. I see nothing great in Malta. I am aware of the business Maltese were in London. More Maltese live out of Malta than in Malta including in most country in Arab North Africa where they fit in well because of common language and Phoenician racial connections. A Indian student coming to UK/USA will get a 'A' class globally recognised degree and apart from the degree will refine his knowedge and social skills a thing not possible in Malta. Also Indian students do not get a job after studies in Malta which was told to Indian students coming to Malta in the past. Alll this interest in India is because of the economic rise of India and the oppurtunity of making Indian money. Malta with three Consulates in India should look into the issues raised by me before asking Indians to come to Malta.

Experiences of a British Indian in Malta.
I am a retired British Indian Psychiatrist with some experience of living in Malta. I will be writing to HE Theresa Cutajar my impression of being an Indian in Malta when I have the time. India has a rather poor image in Malta and the media in Malta does not seem to be India friendly. An average man in Malta seems to think Indians live from the charity of UK and are on global aid. Here again Maltese are not the best read people on this earth. Any one planning to work or live in Malta should note this. I think there is some racism against Indians too please note. The Maltese High Commission in New Delhi with its three Consulates in India should sets these issues right to justify such a massive presence of Malta in India before asking Indian students and business to go there.
