I receive the full pension here in Australia and the two thirds pension from Malta.
I am interested in buying an apartment for myself in Malta to reside there whenever I go on holidays. I own my own house here in Australia. In buying this property in Malta, would it affect any of these pensions and in what way?

I represent my Mother and 4 siblings, regarding a sale of property in Malta which was part of an inheritance from my late Father's family. We have been advised by the Notary, that we need to have Power of Attorney representation for all of us as we all have a share in the property. Can the Consulate provide this service, and do we need to book an appointment time if you do??
