Comments on this Honorary Consulate
I would like to visit malta for site and see;pls kindly send me ur detail to my email; luuu007@yahoo.com
I write this intimate you of how the italian embassy harshly handled my application.
Firstly my application was refused on the ground of insufficient documentation and purpose of trip not ascertained.
the course i wanted to go for was for a week''i submitted all my documents including letter from my employer... i was refused.. i applied the second time on 8th ju,ly again hastily to still meet the commencement date of the course which was slated from 28th july to 5th august.. however i didnt get a reply until yesterday after when i wrote a reminder letter to them through VFS.
However all my documents they sent back to me including my credentials were intact apart from the fact that i didnt see my employer letter, visA SUPPORT LETTER ..it is thus assumed now that those documents werenot considered by the visa officer because i didnt see them .. moreover they did same in the previous application..i know the importance of a job that why i put employer letter to show a tie home but it was mischievously not aded with the rest documents so i would be denied because the issue of my intention to leave wasnt guaranteed was stated..... is so callous of them to do so....more so they didnt even sconsult the school in malta called english plus internation..i have paid all fees both tuition, accomodation etc and the school now has a policy thats strict against refund... am tired of this .. i dont know if you have any advice to give .is quite sad because i have paid all my dues. i deserve a better treatment.am not going there to stay..Malta is not an ideal haven for immigration not to talk of me overstaying illegally.
I think is high time malta consulate handles visa and consular issues because the italian consulate is so oppressive, callous and unconsciencenable. and even if you want to appeal, it would take an italian immigration lawyer to do so and the Latium court stuffs.... which you must do within 60 days.. this too bad
