I am from Thailand and want to apply for 1 year student visa. Austria embassy in Thailand asked me to contact Malta embassy in Beijing, China so I would like to know what required documents and fee I should prepare. How long will it take to get visa?
Lastly, right now I am staying in Japan. Could I apply visa with Malta embassy in Tokyo? Please advise ASAP.

Please can someone help me to put in contact with a reputable school to learn English. My problem is that I am of CHINESE NATIONALITY, female and single which are a disavantage for me, and have restrictions on travel as we are too many!!! My motivations are purely cultural not economic in my quest to learn English.
