Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a Cameroonian, base in Cameroon.I have been admitted to study international maritime law in the international maritime law institute university of Malta.I have been in contact with your foreign office in Malta and found out the only means I can obtain a visa for Malta is from the nearest Maltese embassy to Cameroon.
I will be glad if your office i Cairo may provide me with the necessary guide and requirements to assist me place my application for a visa.
