i'm malaysian and want to go for holiday at maldives. how to apply the visa?

iam srilankan passport holder.now iam work as a assistant accountant in maldivian company from july 2012.when i arivaled to maldives ,i had accompanished my 1 years old baby.my company owner promised me to get dependent visa for my baby.pass 6 month time ihave asked about my babys visafrom my boss.he talled me everything o.k not to worry.finaly yesterday he went to immigration office and informed me they have refused my visa application and we have to pay 15000 ruffia as a fine.when my arrival airport immigration didnt mention enything about my baby in my passport. (baby also include my passport) now iwant to know if i pay visafee for the last 6 month time cant we get visa for my baby and will they removal us from maldives
