As a Syrian national, do I need a tourist visa to the Maldives? ? Is it required pre arriving at the airpor or should be applied for before arrival ? If the second case, how long does it take to get the visa ?? Many thanks.

i request for an Moldovan tourist visa for the past 3 weeks now and i send all required documents to get this visa but till now i don't get any response.please can you guide me what i must to do I'm from Lebanon.
