I already have an offer letter me and my wife at UKM in Malaysia , so we want to get a student visa . About our daughter which is 3 years old , is there any requirements in order to make a visa for here.
Finally what documents are required and does a copy of them enough or they should be the original and how long does it takes.

I am Firas Rahi Handhal from IRAQ , I have offer letter from UTM university for second semester 2013 - 2014 in February 2014 (PhD in biology ), So I plan to complete the registration in 6-2-2014 and coming with my family ( wife and tow children ) in 31-1-2014 to Malaysia.what is the procedure about the visa for me and my family , please give me some details.

I am a student scholarship at the expense of the Ministry of Higher Education in Iraq and I have to accept from the University Utara Malaysia
have been issued new instructions regarding the visa and the student must obtain a student visa before entering Malaysia, and what document do I need to get a student visa from the embassy
I have a financial guarantee from the Ministry of Higher Education in Iraq comprehensive expenses and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iraq Is this enough or I need a financial statement from the bank

I'm from Iraq. I'm in Malaysia now. when I entered the country I got a social pass visa. and because I am a Student I need a student visa to start studying at UPM.
but they told me you have to earn this visa in Malaysian embassy in your country or one of your neighboring counties. please can you tell me how long does it take and what are the requirements. thank you so much
