Friday, 10/4, econsular link web site said Letter of Good Conduct can only be applied online in Singapore. Saturday, 11/4, quick link to apply online is nolonger there and Foreign Affairs section said online application is suspended till further notice and need to apply manually at the High Com. in Singapore. Look for application form to download and print and keep getting redirect to econsular online application, where I get the "...Letter of Good Conduct can only be applied online....". It cannot be downlaoded to print. No printer at home, have to download and take to print. Cannot email to print because the form close and recipient only get log in page. Sigh....Malaysian efficiency.
I'm a international student holding student pass studying in Singapore and I want to visit malaysia with my friend for like a short holiday, do I need to apply for visa? Thank you
