I am living in Singapore on a long term pass. Do I need to apply visa to visit Malaysia. If required gratful you could advise me how to go about it.

hello , i would like to check if i have MACS ( malaysia auto clearance system ) in my passport , can i use it at the Langkawi International Airport ? Or i've to go through the normal procedure queue ?
