I am a Malaysian studying in Italy. My visa will be expired in the coming August, and my Permesso will be expired in December. In this case, what do I need to do to extend my visa due the the reason that I will still be travelling around and only going back to Malaysia in Feb 2015.

Dear Sir
I would appreciate if you could confirm the documents required for renewal of my children's passports to be done in Rome. One of them is 16 years old and the other is 21 yrs old.
I also need to know if it is possible to just have a photocopy of my M'sian IC without the original one to be certified "True copy" for the submission to EPF for my pension fund withdrawal application.
I am just afraid if these original documents are sent by mail, they might go missing in transit.
I would also appreciate it if you could let me know the time frame to get the new passports as I am staying in Arezzo, Italy.
