Based on comments above, Kosovan are not required enter Malaysia, but which is wrong!!my friend stuck in the immigration and disband back to Kosovo due to no Visa.
Please dont give the worng information and this will cause heavy lost of money and time!!

Citizens from Kosova automatically get 1 month to visit Malaysia when they enter. You don't need a visa. The Malaysian immigration officer will give you a 1 month visit pass at the airport. Many airlines and people don't know this and cause problems. My wife is from Kosova so I know.
