hi .. i am Jordanian Man and wanting to marry Malaysian women (she is divorced ). we want to marry in Cambodia ..what are the requirements and procedure should I follow - example what type of documents\papers that I need to have in order to apply for marriage registration in Malaysia upon return. In the nutshell, how I can legalize my marriage done in Cambodia. Where should I get married in Cambodia (in Islamic way) Is there any specific Islamic Council or similar Islamic authority in Cambodia that being recognized by the Malaysian authority. Dear Sir/Madam,
I am and my daughter 4years old are Cambodian I always travel to M'sia Batu Pahat and have rented home for my daughter learning in Sakura Kindergarten since she was 2years and 3 months ,due to I and her no visa to stay there more than 30days I alway travel to Hong Kong and China,then return to Malaysia stay 30days for her kindergarten continue.There after we return to Phnom Penh to apply Hong Kong and China Visa.In this case,if I will not return to Cambodia,will I and my daughter be able to apply for Malaysia ,Hong Kong and China in M'sia?Because,I wish my daughter to study in Malaysia when she's going to Primary School.
and when she will enter primary school can't break and restart her school like kindergarten,how can I apply for longer stay visa?what documents requirement?Please advice ,your info.is very much apprecitated.Thank you
