IC Malaysian ID Card
Can I renew my passport at the consulate in New York with an expired IC card? When I traveled to Malaysia in 2010 it was still valid. I am returning to Malaysia this year in October, what other credentials do I need to validate my Malaysian identity/ I am a US green card holder.
