My wife was born in Penang , Malaysia and still have her certificate of birth to proof it, but she is also a naturalized American citizen. We are thinking about spending our retirement at least 6 months living in Malaysia. Can she re-establish her Malaysian identity and be admitted into Malaysia as Malaysian? I, as her spouse will I enjoy the same privilage? Where can I get further information? Thanks in advance.

Dear Julie,
If you wish to marry a US citizen and continue to stay on in the US, the fastest and best way is to come on a fiance visa. Then, within 3 months you will receive your green card upon application. A travel visa will only allow you to stay in the US for 6 months. I know I am posting this rather late, but ensure that you do not register your marriage in Malaysia first. Register it in the US and that will ease your green card application.
He also has a company called ALAM KELUARGA ENTERPRISE. Fraudulent company again. His former web address was pgeokomoditi.com and was registered in Lagos, Nigeria. Nigeria folks....!!!
Current web addy is registered by a guy called Frank Douglas
He also asks people to send deposits to his accountants name called MORGAN VELLU - Do not send any money!
By the way, there is a lady called Celine and another guy called Song......ALL FRAUDS - Possibly chinese scammers setting up shop in Malaysia and collaborating with these thieves.
By the way, stay away from Malaysia....many companies on Trade sites are frauds. What they do is use the names of reputable companies in Malaysia with slightly different variations and open bank accounts and register companies.
From Bank officials, to Cops, to customs officers to government workers....MOST ARE CORRUPT and i found out the hard way!
The guy called Rahman (Has various versions of his name) as Eddy mentioned is a DEFINTE FRAUD. He is west african as i spoke to him and i got him checked out through a relative of mine. He did send me also of a photo of an Indian Looking guy. If you want more info contact me, i have all the proof you need and much much more info. gammaxxtrading@gmail.com
