Im wondering if I could still renew my passport at the Malaysia Embassy in New York without my IC(mycard)

Y niece visited me 10 years ago. 3 years ago she applied applied for visa at us embassy in Malaysia but she shethey denied visa. Reason was that she overstayed. She applied for visa did not overstay. She renewed her visa when she was here 10 years ago before it expired. How do I get the I94 white card to proof she did not overstay
I have lost my mycard when my family moving to a new home...n I want to know can I do a new mycard at the
embassy n do I need to bring any document.

I found this company weird,because of the contact name called MR CELINE LEE. and I found out these nigeria people,they dunno which name is Ms or MR. few company that i tried to approach, and turns to be scam(thank god i didn't bank in any money),every email they replied me address me as Sir which I've mention that I'm Ms. so annoyed by these fraud.
Can I renew my passport by sending the documents through mail, instead of coming down to the New York office?
